18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-40 years; 2. Subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of drug dependence in Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders; 3. Subjects with more than one year of withdrawal time remaining; 4. Subjects without serious medical and mental diseases; 5. Subjects with education level of primary school or above; 6. Voluntary participants in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases that may interfere with the implementation of the study protocol, such as cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney disease, musculoskeletal dysfunction or cancer; 2. Patients with antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder; 3. Patients with severe cognitive, visual or auditory impairment; 4. Patients with unstable drug use; 5. Patients with physical disability or sports contraindications.
