Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rectal malignant tumors (including adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, signet ring cell carcinoma) diagnosed by pathology should be less than 18cm from the dentate line; 2. Patients who received tumor resection for the first time; 3. Patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy before operation; 4. Patients aged 18-95 years old; 5. Patients with informed consent and their families voluntarily participated in this study; 6. Subjects who can understand and correctly express Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to emergency department; 2. Patients with metastatic or recurrent cancer; 3. Patients with squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma of skin or tumors of unknown nature; 4. Patients who underwent surgery without neoadjuvant therapy.
