Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for cardiac surgery. 2. Patients with informed consent (prospective cases).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incision infection or severe pulmonary infection before operation; 2. Patients with new cerebrovascular events or acute renal insufficiency before operation; 3. Those patients with emergency operation; 4. Those patients that other researchers think are suitable.
