Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 25-39 years old; 2. Patients with body mass index (BMI) in the normal range of 18.5-23.9 kg / m2; 3. Patients with ET failure more than 2 times in the past and at least one high-quality embryo at each time of transplantation; 4. In the embryo transfer cycle, patients whose endometrium reached the transplantation standard had high resistance to uterine artery blood flow; 5. Patients with normal coagulation related indexes such as international normalized ratio (INR), D-dimer and coagulation factor X.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The recipients who cancelled the transfer due to failure of embryo resuscitation or other factors; 2. Subjects who did not complete the frozen embryo transfer cycle for some reason; 3. Subjects confirmed or suspected to be allergic to the test drug; 4. Patients with active bleeding and cardiovascular disease; 5. Subjects judged by the researcher not suitable for the study, such as communication disorder (language or intelligence).
