Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with rectal cancer; 2. Patients who underwent colostomy for the first time; 3. Patients whose operation time is from January 1, 2019 to December 30, 2019; 4. Wechat consultation observation time is from January 1, 2019 to November 30, 2020; 5. The consultation time was during home care; 6. Those patients who asked questions related to colostomy nursing, including colostomy nursing process, colostomy complications, colostomy supplies consultation, intestinal function, matters needing attention in daily life, social interaction of colostomy people, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose consultation content has nothing to do with enterostomy; 2. Consult patients with urostomy; 3. The patients who repeatedly asked the same question in a single time; 4. Patients withdraw from the research project before the end of wechat consultation and observation time. 5. Patients did not ask questions in wechat group.
