Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 60 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension according to the European hypertension management guidelines 2018; 3. Patients who signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary renal damage (short course of hypertension; simple renal hematuria or proteinuria with hematuria; rapid deterioration of renal function in a short time; sudden edema and large amount of proteinuria with normal renal function; combined with obvious abnormal tube type); 2. Patients with immune system diseases and thyroid dysfunction; 3. Patients with secondary hypertension, malignant hypertension and hypertension emergency; 4. Patients with diabetes, coronary heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc; 5. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Patients taking nephrotoxic drugs for a long time; 7. Patients with recent cerebral hemorrhage, urinary system diseases, severe infection, etc.
