40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Takakura IIIB ankle arthritis diagnosed by preoperative X-ray and CT examination; 2. Patients with BMI <= 30; 3. Patients willing to cooperate with surgery and regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are too young; 2. Heavy manual workers; 3. Patients with hip and knee joint diseases; 4. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, mandatory spondylitis, uncontrolled gout and other endocrine and rheumatic immune system diseases; 5. The subjects who drink and smoke; 6. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, especially those with diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 7. Subjects with poor soft tissue condition around ankle joint; 8. Patients with systemic or local infection; 9. Subjects with poor local blood circulation of ankle joint; 10. Patients with severe bone defect of ankle joint; 11. Subjects with severe ankle instability; 12. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
