Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From July 2021 to June 2022, children who underwent surgery in a top three hospital in Chengdu: 1. Patients aged 3-12 years old; 2. Patients to be operated under general anesthesia; 3. Patients with ASA grade I- II; 4. The family members of the children are the free caregivers with relative relationship; 5. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those children who delivered prematurely (the mother delivered within 37 weeks of gestation); 2. Children with growth retardation (physical retardation, motor retardation, language retardation, mental retardation, etc. diagnosed by specialists); 3. Subjects with chronic history (heart / brain / kidney disease, cancer, diabetes, respiratory diseases, etc.); 4. The children / their families have cognitive / speech dysfunction and can not cooperate with the relevant investigators.
