Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 35 years old; 2. Patients with heart failure risk factors, such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity. 3. Patients who agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those patients with known heart failure.
