Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with cerebral infarction for the first time met the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the 2015 Chinese classification of cerebrovascular diseases, and were confirmed as unilateral brain lesions by CT or MRI; 2. Patients aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Patients with 6 weeks 21 points); 6. Patients who signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with two or more stroke histories; 2. Patients with limb dysfunction caused by other reasons before onset; 3. Patients with shoulder and hand fracture pain; 4. Patients with comprehension disorder, vision disorder, hearing disorder, complete aphasia and severe cognitive impairment, other musculoskeletal and neurological diseases that affect functional recovery and can not collect RRG signal; 5. Patients undergoing other clinical central nervous intervention.
