Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with preoperative Mrs score <= 2; 3. Patients with symptoms of vertebrobasilar artery occlusion and neurological deficit; 4. Patients with vertebral artery, basilar artery or posterior cerebral artery occlusion confirmed by CTA and / or MRA; 5. Those patients whose time from onset to femoral artery puncture is less than 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neuroimaging contraindications; 2. Patients with history of severe head injury or stroke in recent 3 months; 3. Patients suspected of subarachnoid hemorrhage; 4. In the past one week, there were patients who had artery puncture in the difficult compression hemostasis site; 5. Patients with previous intracranial hemorrhage; 6. Patients with intracranial tumors, arteriovenous malformations and aneurysms; 7. Patients with recent intracranial or intraspinal surgery; 8. Patients with active internal bleeding; 9. Patients with acute bleeding tendency, including platelet count less than 100 x 10^9 / L or other conditions; 10. Patients who received heparin treatment within 48 hours (APTT beyond the upper limit of normal range); 11. Patients with INR > 1.7 or PT > 15 seconds who have taken anticoagulant orally; 12. Patients with blood glucose less than 2.7 mmol /L.
