Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with KOA: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis. (2) Imaging diagnosis of osteophyte formation of knee joint. (3) The imaging diagnosis of medial compartment osteophyte of knee joint was made in 38-80 years old. (4) Kellgren / Lawrence (K / L) test confirmed that the joint space was narrow, sclerotic and possibly deformed. (5) Patients who volunteered and signed informed consent. 2. Subjects without koa symptoms: (1) According to the diagnosis of clinicians, there was no knee osteoarthritis symptoms and diagnosis. (2) They were 50-80 years old. (3) Volunteers who signed informed consent. Those meeting the above criteria could be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with various acute, infectious and infectious diseases and visceral dysfunction. 2. Patients suffering from other diseases of nervous system or musculoskeletal system that affect gait, such as stroke and other neurogenic joint diseases, fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. 3. Kellgren / Lawrence (K/L) grade 0: normal; grade 1: suspected joint space stenosis and possible labial hyperplasia; or grade 4: large osteophyte, obvious joint space stenosis, severe sclerosis and definite bone end deformation.
