65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly inpatients aged over 65 years old; 2. Patients who are expected to be hospitalized for more than 4 days; 3. Patients with NRS 2002 >= 3; 4. Patients who signed informed notice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the end stage (estimated survival <= 3 months); 2. Patients transferred to other departments during hospitalization; 3. Patients with nutritional contraindications (such as hemodynamic instability); 4. Subjects who have participated in other nutrition research projects.
