18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fresh unstable ankle fractures; 2. Patients under 18 years old and under 60 years old; 3. Both men and women; 4. Patients who agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor general condition can not tolerate anesthesia and choose conservative treatment; 2. Patients with open ankle fractures; 3. Patients with ankle joint deformity / osteoarthritis / chronic osteomyelitis / bone tumor / skin and soft tissue deformity; 4. Patients with ipsilateral lower limb fractures.
