Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: Only those who meet all the following criteria can participate in the study: 1. Patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO), clinical activity score (CAS) >= 4; 2. Patients with clear surgical indications (such as exposure keratitis and corneal ulcer caused by exophthalmos; hypertrophy of extraocular muscles compressing the optic nerve at the orbital apex, causing optic neuropathy, visual field defect, vision loss or even blindness) and patients themselves require orbital decompression. Control group You can participate in the study if you meet any of the following conditions: 1. Double eyelid surgery; 2. Patients with blepharoplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group: They are not allowed to participate in the study under any of the following conditions: 1. Patients with infection, leukemia and anemia; 2. Patients with other immune diseases. Control group They are not allowed to participate in the study under any of the following conditions: 1. Patients with infection, leukemia and anemia; 2.
