Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first episode schizophrenia must meet the diagnostic criteria for DSM-V schizophrenia. 2. Consent to rTMS treatment and informed consent; 3. Age range: 15-45 years old, IQ (intelligence quotient) > 69; 4. No systemic antipsychotic drugs were used for the first episode before admission; "positive and negative symptoms Scale PANSS" score >= 60 points, and clinical global impression CGI severity >= 4 points. 5. After enrollment, patients could receive drug treatment at the same time, and atypical antipsychotics could be used. 6. Excluding other axis I disorders other than schizophrenia, no DSM-V drug or alcohol dependence in the last three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sensorimotor disorders (e.g., hearing impairment, blindness), neurological disorders (brain injury, epilepsy) or other physical disorders that may explain high risk symptoms; 2. People who were claustrophobic and couldn't get an MRI scan; 3. Contraindications for repeated transcranial magnetic (rTMS) therapy, such as metal implants; 4. There are obvious excitement and agitation and irritability; 5. Negative behavior; 6. Received ECT treatment within one month; 7. Pregnancy.
