Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stable angina pectoris or atypical chest pain; 2. According to the updated diamond Forrester score, the patients with high and medium probabilities (= 15%) of CAD were evaluated; 3. Patients over 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous history of myocardial infarction or revascularization therapy; 2. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 3. Patients suspected of cardiomyopathy and other diseases affecting myocardial blood flow; 4. Patients with renal insufficiency; 5. Patients allergic to iodine contrast agent; 6. Patients with contraindications of ct-mpi examination (bronchial asthma, hypotension, degree III atrioventricular block).
