Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of stroke formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995, all the lesions were in the left hemisphere, and the course of disease was more than one month; 2. According to the Chinese version of the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB), the patients were diagnosed as aphasia; 3. The age was 18-75 years old; 4. The mother tongue is Chinese; 5. Culture above primary school; 6. Right handed; 7. The language function was normal before this stroke; 8. The family members of the patients were informed of TMS treatment and fMRI examination, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients had visual and hearing impairments that affect language evaluation and treatment; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who can not cooperate with examination and treatment; 3. The patients had language disorder or severe dysarthria before this stroke; 4. Speech disorders associated with other neurodegenerative diseases ; 5. They had a history of epilepsy, alcohol / drug abuse or mental illness; 6. Patients with metal foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices or with claustrophobia and other contraindications to MRI scanning.
