60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty due to end-stage osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; patients with an average daily protein intake of less than 0.8g/kg/d for more than half a year before surgery, patients between 60 and 85 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee stiffness or rigidity; 2. Previous history of knee surgery; anemia (female 30 or <20 (kg/?); 10. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 4 or 5 patients.
