65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. ASA class I ~ IV; 4. Patients who intend to receive elective surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The function of important organs such as liver and kidney is seriously impaired; 2. Preoperative neuropsychiatric diseases such as schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease; 3. Failure to cooperate with preoperative neuropsychological assessment (MMSE scale assessment <= 24 points); 4. Had any cerebrovascular accident within three months, such as stroke, TIA, etc.; 5. History of abuse of sedatives, antidepressants, psychoactive drugs, alcohol, etc.; 6. Patients with anti-coagulation dysfunction before operation; 7. Reoperation within 5 days after surgery.
