Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation; 2. Aged >= 25 and <= 80 years; 3. The patients did not take any uric acid lowering drugs 2 weeks before joining the group, and there was no acute gouty arthritis; 4. There is a history of gout attack or complicated with diabetes, cardiovascular risk factors or chronic kidney disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other drugs have been used before this study; 2. Combined with rheumatoid arthritis, acute gouty arthritis attack and other immune metabolic diseases; 3. Secondary hyperuricemia, such as hypertension, diuretics, renal insufficiency, liver cirrhosis and other drug effects, etc; 4. Patients with history of gastrointestinal hemorrhage; 5. Those who did not take medicine according to the requirements, could not judge the treatment effect, or the incomplete data affected the efficacy or safety judgment; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Those who are allergic to the drugs used.
