Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who can meet CNLBP diagnostic criteria; (2) course of disease > 12 weeks; (3) 20-39 years old, able to cooperate actively; (4) patients who have never received any standardized conservative treatment or surgical treatment before and have no congenital deformity of the lumbar spine; (5) The participants know the relevant information of this study, and they are willing to and have completed the relevant informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system, such as intervertebral disc herniation, spinal fractures, severe arthritis, osteopathic spinal stenosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.; (2) Patients with substantial damage to other important organs, such as severe heart, liver, kidney, lung dysfunction and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Patients with low back pain caused by diseases of urinary system were diagnosed clearly (4) The course of the disease is not more than 12 weeks of acute low back pain attack period of patients (5) Patients who are prone to co-infection and bleeding, tumors, pregnant women, and patients with postoperative dysfunction; (6) In the recent three months, patients received acupuncture, massage, application, fumigation and other characteristics of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment; (7) Persons with previous mental illness or long-term use of sedatives. (Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria are excluded)
