Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First diagnosed cases that meet the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 1 Diabetes in China (2011 Edition)"; 2. Aged 6-12 years; 3. Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney, immune system and other diseases; 2. The child is currently participating in other studies similar to this study.
