Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hematologic malignancies (including acute and chronic leukemia, multiple myeloma, lymphoma); 2. Patients with a history of perianal infection or who meet 3 or more of the following risk factors: history of hemorrhoids, history of fissures, age younger than 60 years, easy diarrhea, leukocyte therapy prior to chemotherapy, or will receive high-dose chemotherapy; 3. Patients with hematologic malignancies aged above 18 years and below 80 years who can read and write; 4. Examine patients without perianal infection before admission; 5. Patients admitted for chemotherapy; 6. The expected length of hospital stay >= 14 days; 7. Those who sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to iodine or povidone iodine; 2. Late pregnancy, two weeks after delivery, vaginal bleeding, pelvic acute infection; 3. Patients who cannot complete the sitz bath for various reasons.
