Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: in line with the diagnostic criteria of heart failure formulated by the international Heart Association; New York Heart function grade I - III and stable condition; aged >= 60 years; informed consent; able to understand the survey content and have certain communication skills. Caregiver: the main family caregiver of the patient, with care time >= 3 months, daily care time >= 8 hours; aged >= 18 years; able to understand the survey content, have certain communication skills, can use smart phones; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: Patients with other serious diseases, or with bone and joint diseases and other sports contraindications; suffering from mental diseases, and previous mental diseases and family history; unable to independently carry out activities of daily living. Caregivers: have a history of serious heart and liver diseases; have a history of mental illness.
