Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's family members are willing to participate in this study and can cooperate with vascular ultrasound examination; 2. For the first catheterization, all coagulation indexes and dimers before PICC implantation were within the normal range; 3. The catheter tip reached the superior vena cava. The catheterization was American Budd single-cavity high pressure resistant, with a diameter of 4Fr. 4. The puncture site is the most important vein; 5. No voluntary movement of the limb on the puncture side.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor patients; 2. A history of thrombosis; 3. Diabetes mellitus; 4. Patients who failed to have a single puncture and catheterization successfully.
