Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Over 18 years old; (2) Patients with malignant tumors in the body metastasized to the brain found in previous diagnosis or by PET/CT; (3) The lesions can be clearly identified in the MRI images, the number of lesions does not exceed 4, and the maximum diameter of a single lesion is = 60; (5) Patients with new brain metastases, brain metastases recurred after stereotactic radiotherapy, or brain metastases who have had failed conventional or other treatments (such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.); (6) The subject or his/her guardian can understand the objective of the trial, shows sufficient compliance with the trial protocol, and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications for MRI; (2) Patients with severe coagulopathy; (3) Pregnant or lactating woman, or patients planning to become pregnant within 6 months; (4) Patients with leptomeningeal metastases; (5) Patients whose primary tumor is melanoma or kidney tumor; (6) Patients with lesions less than 5 mm; (7) There is evidence of serious or uncontrollable systemic diseases as determined by the investigator; (8) Subjects considered by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
