Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages of 0 to 6 years; 2. Primary congenital heart disease repair and cardiopulmonary bypass under general anesthesia; 3. The patient or guardian agrees with the participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of preoperative pneumonia, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, or tracheobronchial stenosis; 2. Mechanical ventilation before surgery; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Left ventricular ejection fraction < 40% before surgery; 5. Hemodynamic instability during observation: persistent SBP < 60mmHg or require increased support for vasoactive drugs; 6. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support before or after surgery; 7. Delayed sternal closure.
