Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.IBD patients (including outpatient and inpatient patients) diagnosed by pediatric gastroenterology physicians and meeting the diagnostic criteria of "Expert Consensus on diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric inflammatory Bowel Disease; 2.Patients with age = 3 months; 3.Patients who have been taking anti-IBD drugs in the last two weeks; 4.parents of children can use WeChat or QQ communication software; 5.Patients who voluntarily participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are participating in drug clinical trials or other clinical studies; 2.Accompanied by mental illness or serious complications, such as local stenosis, colon cancer, etc.; 3.Patients or their parents are unable to complete the study as required due to limited cognitive function or other reasons; 4.Patients or parents volunteered to withdraw during the study period.
