Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of severe preeclampsia; (2) ASA II-III; (3) Aged 20-35 years; (4) BMI 36 weeks; (6) Hb >= 90g/L-1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Liver and kidney function is obviously abnormal before operation; (2) Hypertension complicated with pregnancy; (3) Complicated with diabetes or other metabolic diseases; (4) Respiratory failure or heart failure before operation; (5) Anesthesia level is lower than T10 or higher than T6.
