Group A:Pretreatment with 0.1mg/kg ketamine
Group B:Pretreatment with 0.3mg/kg ketamine
Group C:Pretreatment with 0.5mg/kg ketamine
Group D:Pretreatment with 0.5ml/kg saline

19 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I or II; 2. Patients aged 19~75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of anaesthetic allergy; 2. Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematopoiesis and other diseases; 3. Neuromuscular conduction disorders; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Drugs that interact with neuromuscular blockers; 6. Patients expecting difficult airway; 7. Patients with contraindications to ketamine; 8. Long term use of calcium antagonists and antidepressants in patients.
