Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of pulmonary infection; 2. Etiological examination revealed Klebsiella pneumoniae; 3. Aged > 18 years; 4. Treatment with tegacycline for > 7 days; 5 Positive virulence test of Klebsiella pneumoniae (any of 6 capsular serotypes (K1, K2, K3, K5, K54 and K57) and 6 virulence genes (rmpA, fimH, Aero, mrkA, wabG and ironB) is detected).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver dysfunction; 2. Death after stopping ticycline; 3. Patients who can not obtain clinical data; 4. Patients who can not give informed consent; 5. Patients with hospital stays > 30 days; 6. Patients receiving dialysis treatment.
