18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective gynecologic surgery requiring laparoscopic general anesthesia; 2. No gender restriction, aged 65-80 years; 3. ASA level II-III; 4. Voluntarily take the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway; 2. Severe respiratory disease; 3. Pulmonary hypertension; 4. Ischemic cardiomyopathy; 5. Intracranial hypertension after brain injury; 6. Gastroesophageal reflux disease.
