Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Previous diagnosis of colorectal cancer, enteritis, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes and other systemic diseases; 2. There are no restrictions on age and gender. Control group: 1. PET showed no abnormal brain metabolism; 2. There are no restrictions on age and gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases or infectious diseases; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; Control group: 1. Subjects who had a history of nervous system disease, enteritis, tumor and family tumor; 2. Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases or infectious diseases; 3. Subjects who had mental diseases such as anxiety, depression and schizophrenia in the past; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
