Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this prospective study, participants (age range 10–18 years;male or female, spherical refraction 1.00 to 7.00D; corneal astigmatism <= 1.50D) were recruited from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active ocular infection. Such as infectious, viral, chlamydial, or immunologic conjunctivitis 2. BUT 0s. 3. Intraocular, corneal refractive surgery, keratoplasty or ocular laser surgery within 6 months. 4. Glaucoma, systemic or ocular diseases that might interfere with tear film production or function. 5. Acute infectious disease of the eyelids, obvious eyelid or ocular surface disorders. 6. Severe MGD. 7. Any serious ocular systemic disease or uncontrolled medical condition. 8. Exposure to any investigational drug within 30 days of study start.
