Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients with sepsis or even septic shock admitted to our EICU and emergency internal medicine ward refer to the 2016 international guidelines for the management of sepsis and septic shock.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged < 18 years. 2.Death within 24 hours after admission to EICU. 3.Obvious bleeding tendency on admission. 4.Patients who have been combined with similar preparations of Xuebijing.
