Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years; (2) Sign the informed consent; (3) Diagnosis of ILD or benign pulmonary nodules;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antibiotics within 3 months; 2. Acute coronary syndromes, uncontrolled severe hypertension, or malignant arrhythmias (including ventricular arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation resulting in hemodynamic instability); 3. Aortic aneurysms and esophageal varices are at risk of rupture; 4. Uncorrected bleeding tendency (including platelet 1.5 times normal), such as severe coagulation dysfunction, massive hemoptysis, or massive gastrointestinal bleeding; 5. Peripheral blood oxygen saturation < 90% with low flow oxygen (2L/min) in supine position and resting state; 6. Multiple pulmonary bullae at risk of rupture; 7. Patients cannot cooperate well with tracheal mirror operation; 8. Inability to understand and implement the programme; 9. Complicated with malignant tumor.
