Group O:control group
Group A:intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine with a loading dose of 0.5 µg/kg within 10 minutes
Group B:intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine with a loading dose of 0.5 µg/kg within 15 minutes
Group C:intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine with a loading dose of 1.0µg/kg within 10 min
Group D:intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine with a loading dose of 1.0µg/kg within 15 min

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 60-80 years old with ASA grade II-III, scheduled for elective surgery between Jan.2021- March 2021. 2 Weighted 45-75 kg, and BMI were between 19-24 kg/m2. 3 Physical examination Laboratory tests and health conditions were not abnormal, No signs of difficult airway; No history of mental illness. 4 Cognitive function was normal and MMSE score was higher than 27. 5 No abnormality in ST segment of ecg before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe arrhythmia, atrioventricular block, Abnormal liver function, Abnormal renal function, lung disease, endocrine disease, other diseases or pathological conditions that affect the test results. 2 Severe hearing and visual impairment, or other conditions that interfere with communication. 3 Prolonged use of sedatives, sleeping pills, and antidepressants. 4 History of cerebral infarction, central nervous system diseases, organic brain diseases, mental disorders. 5 Chronic coffee drinkers, addicted to alcohol or drugs. 6 Allergic to research drugs. 7 Secondary hypertension. 8 Significant pain before the operation (VASpain >= 3).
