18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily signed informed consent; 2.Aged 18 years old or more, and younger than 75 years old;No gender restriction; 3.Diagnosed as advanced gastric cancer according to the eighth edition of TNM staging and 2020 version of NCCN clinical practice guidelines (V3) of gastric cancer; 4.Needs in undergoing laparoscopic exploration or radical laparoscopic gastrectomy according to the judgment of the doctors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of abdominal surgery; 2.Preoperative chemoradiotherapy; 3.Peritoneal metastasis or other organ and tissue metastasis confirmed by preoperative plain CT scan;4.With other concurrent tumor; 5.Preoperative CT examination >= 4 weeks before operation.
