Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Accessed by specialists of sports medicine. Patients had good knee function before injury and presented with knee joint instability after injury with positive anterior drawer test and Lachman test. MRI reveals the ACL rutpure. (2) Aged 20-50 years; (3) Reconstruction with autograft hamstring; (4) Consent form should be signed; (5) Followed the protocol of rehabilitation after surgery and followed up as scheduled; (6) The counterlateral knee has no major injury or surgery and has no instability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients have old knee joint dysfunction; combined PCL injury or skeletal immature; pyogenic knee joint infection, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle weakness or professional athletes; failed in attending evaluation or rehabilitation procotol; emotional disorders and psychiatric disorders; poor compliance and failed in follow up.
