Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged <= 18 years of age; 2) Acute disease stage; 3) diagnosis of KD according to the criteria established by the American Heart Association.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete clinical data; 2) IVIG treatment at other medical institutions before admission/no IVIG treatment during hospitalization; 3) Congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, valvular heart disease, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, or other heart disease; 4) Moderate-to-severe anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, or other blood system disease.
