Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. The mothers informed consent and voluntarily participate in the investigation and research; b. The mothers age is >= 20 years old and has certain communication and literacy skills; c. The gestational age is >= 32 weeks to = 8 points, premature infants were admitted to the hospital within 3 days after birth and the length of stay was > 48 hours; e. No serious organic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Mothers with severe mental and physical illnesses; b. Mothers with pregnancy complications who are not suitable to participate in the investigation and cannot implement intervention measures; c. Premature babies are in serious condition as a result, intervention cannot be implemented.
