Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregivers will be eligible if they are (1) aged >=18 years; (2) self- or patient-identified as a family caregiver of an adult patient receiving palliative care at the study site; (3) have been taking care of the patient in the past 3 months; (4) able to communicate in Cantonese at the time of recruitment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregivers will be excluded if they are (1) mentally incompetent (Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) < 23); (2) participating in regular psychosocial interventions.
