Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Esophageal lesions detected in gastrointestinal endoscopy with pathological diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and planned surgery. 2. Inpatients and outpatients who intend to undergo gastroduodenoscopy or treatment based on clinical evidence. 3. Sign informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of malignant tumor; 2. History of radiotherapy, chemotherapy,targeted therapy and other anti-tumor treatment before surgery; 3. An active infection or liver disease; 4. Poorly controlled diabetes, hyperthyroidism, rheumatic immune diseases and other diseases that may affect metabonomic examination; 5. Neurological and psychomental disorders.
