Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There were 80 patients with laparoscopic colon or rectal surgery, grade 1-2 ASA, normal liver and kidney function, no history of taking sedatives or other drugs, no history of drug allergy, aged 20-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of allergy to narcotic drugs; (2) Persons with mental disorders or addicted to ketamine, opioids and other drugs; (3) Patients with liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; (4) Abnormal coagulation function; (5) Opioids or non-steroidal analgesics or sedatives were used within 3 months before surgery.
