Group Bupivacaine:received 10mg bupivacaine 0.5% for spinal anesthesia
Group Ropivacaine:received 15 mg ropivacaine 1% for spinal anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full term pregnant women aged 18-40 years, gestational age more than 38 weeks but less than 41 weeks, spinal anesthesia or combined spinal epidural anesthesia, ASA class I - II, weight 60-80kg, height 155-175cm. The primipara whose uterine orifice is less than 3cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Premature delivery and delayed delivery, hypersensitivity to narcotic drugs, norepinephrine and norepinephrine, primary hypertension or pregnancy complicated with hypertension, complex pregnancy, fetal dysplasia, vascular embolism, coagulation dysfunction, severe liver and kidney function damage, taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants, severe eclampsia and severe heart disease Lung disease, contraindication of spinal anesthesia, refused to participate in the experiment.
