18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are ordinarily resident in Tibetan Plateau. (2) Patients who aged from 18 to 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe disease, such as liver cirrhosis, chronic heart failure and cancers. (2) Patients with chronic or acute inflammation and infection. (3) Patients with acute stress condition. (4) Patients with life expectancy less than 2 years. (5) Patients with sever mental disorders. (6) Patients during pregnancy and lactation. (7) Patients who participated in other studies. (8) Patients who unable to complete the follow-up.
