Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis XDR-TB; Aged >=18 years; Localization of the process in the upper lobe and in the 6th segment of the lower lobe of the lung.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosed bronchial tuberculosis; Persons who refused to sign the informed consent; Pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis XDR-TB; Patients with purulent complications (empyema, fistula); Patients with advanced lung processes.
