Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are diagosed with NEC with stage II and the age of onset is within 0-28 days. 2. The gestational age is 32 weeks to 36+6 weeks and birth weight is more than 1500g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with gastrointestinal malformations (such as Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation, intestinal atresia, etc.); 2.Incomplete information on gestational age and birth weight; 3.Those who are unwilling to participate in this study.
