Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those are suspected of early-onset sepsis in 0-3 days. 2. The gestational age is more than 30 weeks and birth weight is more than 1000g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with gastrointestinal malformations (such as Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation, intestinal atresia, etc.); 2. Incomplete information on gestational age and birth weight; 3. Those who have taken antibiotics before entering our hospital; 4. Those who do not want to participate in this research.
